Clinton Bartlett
Founder & Licensed Mental Health Professional

With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, Clinton brings a deep commitment to compassionate care and clinical excellence. As the only Deaf Specialist in the Valley for many years, he developed a broad range of therapeutic skills while serving a community with limited access to specialized mental health support. His areas of expertise include trauma, eating disorders, and mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder.
Clinton is trained in several evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). His psychodynamic orientation allows him to help clients address trauma on a subconscious level, promoting healing without the need to relive painful experiences.
As the founder of Oasis Healing, Clinton is passionate about creating a safe and inclusive space where individuals can experience true growth. He sees clients at both the Scottsdale and Mesa offices, with the Mesa location offering Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP).
Clinton’s work is guided by the belief that everyone has the potential to heal and thrive—and he’s honored to walk alongside clients on their journey to wellness.
